This outlines the criteria for how we prioritize all our recommendations to our customers. With this, we can help you make the best decisions today and tomorrow for your vehicle and your budget.

Priority 1

Marked as Red on the digital vehicle inspection. These repairs are recommended to be addressed today as they are either safety-related or could possibly cost more money to address if put off to a later date.

Check Engine/Warning Light & Stored Faults Pouring Fluids & Active Dripping
Frayed or Severely Cracked Belts/Hoses
Major Play in Suspension/Steering Components Potentially Catastrophic Conditions
Brake Pads Under 3mm
Brake Fluid Over 3% Moisture/Water Content Signs of Oil Contamination in Fluids
Engine Noises
Drive Train Noises or Issues
Tires Below 3/32 or at Wear Bars
Specific Customer Concerns

Priority 2

Marked as Yellow on the digital vehicle inspection. These repairs are recommended to be addressed within the next 2–4 months.

Belts/Hoses Showing Signs of Wear or Cracking
Fluids with Visual Particulate or Due for Service
Minor Play in Suspension/Steering Components
Fluid Leaks that are Seeping or Slowly Dripping
Brake Pads Between 3-5mm
Brake Fluid Between 1-3% Moisture/Water Content
Tires Between 3/32” and 5/32” Total Tread Depth

Priority 3

Also marked as Yellow on the digital vehicle inspection. These repairs could likely wait until your next vehicle service. That said, we still like to bring these to your attention so you can plan and budget accordingly.

Any Preventative Maintenance or Fluid Services Due Based on Mileage or Time
Fluid Leaks That are Sweating, Damp, or Just Starting to Show Signs of Leaking
Factory Maintenance Due by Mileage Only
Brake Pads Between 5-6mm
Tires Between 5/32” and 6/32” Total Tread Depth
